15'000 years of time travel Exhibiton
From stone-age to contemporary man.

The new permanent exhibition extends over three floors and allows a journey through time, from the hunters and gatherers of the Paleolithic period to urban development in the Middle Ages, leading onwards to the industrial age, right up to present-day modern man. A central object installation presents the theme in each of the exhibition rooms. Visitors are fascinated, for example, by a Neolithic cemetery or a moving conveyor system with objects by Wisa Gloria. Room-filling illuminated images create an atmospheric ambience, and details of individual objects can be called up on digital explanatory captions. For young visitors, a specially designed children's track takes them on a colorful journey through time.
